How it works

  1. Option A: Upload a structured company export (Probe42, MCA aggregator etc.).
  2. Option B: Switch to Upload by Checklist and attach the company's actual documents (ROC, financials, tax, legal). Financial Excels are auto-parsed.
  3. Review the Due Diligence tab, SWOT, red/green flags and the valuation models.
  4. Adjust offer value, equity %, and multiples to test deal sensitivity.

Each checklist item maps to a standard diligence area — uploading evidence marks it as Provided and feeds the executive summary and risk scorecard.
